A Look at Our Cabins and Family House!

We have a total of 7 rental units each with their own personality and uniqueness. All are designated nonsmoking.
Our 6 cozy cabins are seasonal and are open from May through October. All of our cabins are lakefront with 5 of the 6 being less than 100 feet from the lake! Our closest cabin is only 58 feet from the lake and the farthest is only 138 feet! Our grounds from the cabins to the lake and our lodge are fairly flat and without hills or steep inclines to climb.
Our 7th rental is our family house, which can be rented year round. It is located at our resort entrance in which there is an incline to and from our lodge and the lake. The family house is located approximately 300 feet from our lodge and approximately 360 feet from the lake.
All of our cabins and the family house come equipped with and are supplied with the following:

Cabin 1: The Loon
This cabin is 468 sq. ft. and can hold a maximum of 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms in this cabin, both with two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
This cabin offers privacy while still having a wonderful view of the lake. This cabin sits just behind cabins #2 and #3 and thus no other cabins are on either side of it. There is great parking alongside the main driveway which makes for easy access for our guests who wish to take their boat on and off the property to fish surrounding lakes.
For the 2016 season, this cabin underwent major renovations in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom areas. This cabin has an open-concept design in the kitchen, dining, and living room areas with all new flooring installed in these areas. A beautiful rough-sawn basswood vaulted ceiling is now over the kitchen and dining room areas. A new window installed over the kitchen sink provides for lots of additional light coming in as well as another beautiful view of Jessie Lake. The bathroom was also completely remodeled and equipped with a brand new vanity, 36-inch shower, and new flooring.
For the 2013 season, bedroom #1 received new carpet. For the 2012 season, this cabin had extra storage space placed in the kitchen and the shower was replaced.
A new deck with a side ramp was built in 2009. The cabin's interior has also been completely repainted.

Cabin 2: The Bear
This cabin is one of our bigger cabins with 588 sq. ft.. It holds a maximum of 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms with bedroom #1 having a full bed, bedroom #2 with 2 twin beds, and bedroom #3 with a twin bed plus a bunk bed (2 twin mattresses). The kitchen, dining room, and living room spaces are open concept. This cabin does have a larger bathroom compared to our other cabins.
This cabin is right on the lake and is our closest cabin to the lake at approximately 58 feet! It has an open deck on the front giving a nice view of the lake. This cabin is also close to parking that allows our guests to easily haul their boat on and off the property to fish surrounding lakes.
Many renovations and improvements have been made in this cabin for the 2015 season! Steve completely remodeled the bathroom, and as always, he did a wonderful job! The water heater was moved outside and thus provides more room inside the bathroom. A bigger shower was put in along with new flooring, a new sink and countertop with a custom-made vanity, as well as new beautiful accessories. A new ceiling fan was also installed in the dining room / living room areas of this cabin. In addition, the dining room received a beautiful new table and 6 chairs.
For the 2014 season, this cabin received brand new flooring in the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas. The bunk beds in bedroom #2 were also replaced with 2 twin beds. In addition, all cabins received a brand new charcoal grill for the 2014 season.
This cabin received a complete electrical upgrade for the 2012 season and has had lots of extra storage added to the kitchen.
Cabin 3: The Wolf
This 468 sq. foot cabin accomodates up to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms with bedroom #1 having two twin beds and bedroom #2 having one twin bed. This cabin has a loft in which there are 2 twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa bed as well in the living room.
This cabin is located directly on the lake. It has a nice enclosed porch in which our guests enjoy viewing the lake and scenery from as well as using it for additional storage space for gear.
In 2013, a new larger deck with ramp access and railing was built. There is now just a very small step from the deck up into the enclosed porch and cabin.
For the 2012 season, the interior of the enclosed porch was finished including the installation of new carpet.
Prior to the 2011 season, this cabin was rennovated with the addition of the loft, enlargement of bedroom #1, and remodeling of the bathroom with the addition of a brand new and larger 36" shower and new flooring. The new living room renovations included an open concept design in the kitchen, living room, and dining room areas with a knotty pine cathedral ceiling. New carpet was also installed throughout.
In August of 2010, new windows were put into the enclosed porch. These windows give our guests a much larger viewing area of the lake from inside the cabin and enclosed patio.
Cabin 4: The Eagle
This cabin has 468 sq. ft. and will accommodate a maximum of 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms with bedroom #1 having a full bed and bedroom #2 having two twin beds. This cabin is definitely one of our top-rented cabins.
This cabin also sits right on the lake. We call this cabin our "honeymoon" cabin as it is very cozy with a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. It also has an enclosed porch that many have enjoyed sitting in while viewing the lake and the wonderful scenery around our north end of the lake. There is a ramp that leads up to an open deck. There is a very minimal step from the deck into the enclosed porch.
For the 2013 season, new flooring has been installed in the kitchen area.
In 2012, the interior of the enclosed porch was finished including new carpet installation.
In September 2010, this cabin had the screens on the enclosed porch replaced by new windows.
Cabin 5: The Hummingbird
This cabin is our second largest cabin with 608 sq. ft. It houses a maximum of 7 people. This cabin is also one of our most top-rented cabins because of its size, the 3 bedrooms it has, and a great view of the lake. Bedroom #1 has a full bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom #3 also has a full bed.
This cabin sits right on the lake and is close to one of our fire pits. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. This cabin has a very large wrap-around deck that provides the full-view of the lake looking towards the south.
This cabin has many updates including floor refinishing in the living room and dining room, new flooring in the kitchen, added storage in the kitchen, steps to deck removed and replaced by a ramp, and the cabin's interior has been repainted throughout.
Cabin 6: The Moose
This cabin is our largest cabin with 616 sq. ft. of space! This cabin can hold a maximum of 6 people and has two bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has two twin beds and bedroom #2 has a full bed. There is a pull-out queen sleeper in the living room.
This cabin sits directly on the lake at approximately 100 feet. It is located next to our woods making it a more private cabin and another one of our top renters. There is a large open concept design in the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas with a vaulted ceiling. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. This cabin has sliding doors that lead to a large deck that offers the full view of the lake looking towards the south. There is a ramp along the north side of the cabin providing easy access into the kitchen area.
For the 2015 season, new flooring was put in the bathroom and new carpet was installed in bedroom #1. A ceiling fan was also installed in the living room.
New indoor-outdoor carpet was placed on the ramp for the 2014 season. In addition, all of our cabins received a brand new charcoal grill for the 2014 season.
New for the 2013 season was installation of new carpet in the living room and in bedroom #1. The walls to the bedrooms were also extended to the ceiling to allow for more privacy.
For the 2012 season, the kitchen received an upgrade getting more cabinetry for storage as well as a larger double sink.
New in 2009, this cabin now has an accessible ramp up to the door on the north side of the cabin.
Our family house is located at the entrance of our drive and not directly on the lake. It is approximately 120 yards from the lake in a private setting. There is an incline from the lake and lodge to the house, which is our driveway.
Our family house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It will accomodate up to 10 people, making it the perfect rental for larger families or groups. Bedroom #1 has 3 twin beds and then has the master bath right off of the bedroom. The master bath has a separate shower and garden tub. Bedroom #2 also has 3 twin beds in the form of a day bed plus a trundle plus a regular twin bed. Bedroom #3 has a full-sized bed. There is a queen pullout couch in the living room along with a futon. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Each bedroom has a large closet with plenty of storage. The family house also has its own washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a very large pantry in the kitchen, and an open concept in the living/dining/kitchen areas. The very large gated deck along the entire front of the house faces the east and overlooks a wooded area. The house also has its own private fire pit for those wonderful bonfires. There is a large driveway allowing for plenty of space for parking of multiple vehicles and boat trailers.
Prior to the 2012 season, the entire interior of the house received a new paint job and the master bath, kitchen, dining area, and laundry rooms all received new flooring.
